MIT Scholarships for Indian Students

What does the scholarship cover?
The financial aid package typically covers tuition fees, room and board, and other associated costs. The aid is designed to cover the full demonstrated need of the student.
Eligibility criteria
1. Available for Indian students applying for undergraduate programs.
2. Financial aid is based on demonstrated financial need. All international students who apply for admission are considered for financial aid, and the amount awarded is determined based on their family's financial situation.
How to Apply?
1. Apply for Admission:
● Submit your application for admission to MIT.
2. Complete CSS Profile:
● Register and fill out the CSS Profile on the College Board website. MIT’s code is 3514.
3. Prepare and Submit Documents:
For Admission:
● Biographical Form
● Standardized Test Scores (SAT or ACT)
● Secondary School Reports
For Scholarships:
● CSS Profile
● Family Income Statement/Tax Returns
● Non-Custodial Parent’s Profile (if applicable)
● February Updates and Notes Form
4. Submit Application:
● Double-check all forms and documents, then submit your application and supporting documents.
Deadline
November 30 Regular Action Application Deadline – February 15 Continuing Students’ Application Deadline – April 15.
